The Distinct Style of Bishard Development Corporation

Our architectural style is very unique, even among Southern coastal communities. We work hard to provide a blend of outdoor living and spacious, open floor plans that are elegant and sophisticated without feeling overly formal. Our designs are particularly well suited for the long, narrow lots often found in waterfront communities.

We use traditional southern features such as scrollwork, wrought iron, porches and pergolas to help bridge the transition between outdoor living and inside comfort and elegance.
